  F0192_0053.jpg - Here I have put trim strips on the corners and around the door. The corner strips don't lie flat because of the way the siding overlaps. On the plus side that provides openings to ventilate the observatory. On the minus side, it provides openings for water to get into the observatory. So far it hasn't been a problem; but if that changes, I can unscrew the trim strips and put 1"x1" stock behind them.
